Dr. Natasha Knight
My career journey is characterized by all kinds of pivots. From an HBCU to predominantly White institutions. From an undergraduate to a graduate student. From roles in academia to government to private industry. When what I thought was my dream job turned out to be a poor fit, I pivoted from a traditional to a non-traditional public health position. It was the riskiest career decision I’ve made. And I haven’t regretted it for a moment.
Now, I use what I’ve learned from 20+ years of pivots, combined with my certification as a YouMap® coaching professional, to help other women of color make their own career pivots.
My clients can count on me to help bring clarity to their career goals and create a practical plan for achieving them. I recognize and cultivate the potential in each of my clients, and I find joy in empowering, celebrating, and affirming their unique qualities.

You'll gain confidence and learn the art of "graceful self-promotion" for sharing your accomplishments in pivotal career conversations, whether it’s a job interview, performance review, or impromptu call with a recruiter.
